You MUST HEAR "Breaking the Stronghold of Food!"

I got hooked with this episode (I've listened to some of the others - and they are EXCELLENT, but THIS ONE made me a subscriber)! I have been battling this problem my entire life...and found the information very inspiring to finally, "break that stronghold!"
