Living Bread: Your New Identity! (220)
The body of Christ is named “one bread” and “unleavened Passover bread” in Scripture (1 Cor. 5:7; 10:17). We inherit this status from the compassionate Savior who declared, “I am the living bread which came down from heaven.” His purpose in coming was to feed a spiritually emaciated human race, starving for truth. Believers receive the same identity and purpose. The requirement is being “leaven-free.”
