Strong and Courageous with Guest Mariam Delgado
Although born in Cuba, Mariam Delgado she grew up in Puerto Rico with her Lebanese parents. Her drive, perseverance, and steadfast faith are evident in everything she does, from helping victims of domestic violence, to empowering women from all over the world. Mariam describes herself on social media as “Mom & Grandma with a cool day job.” Today she shares the story of the agonizing journey through her son’s addiction and the nights she “prayed over his pillows” for his freedom. Today, she joins host Rosalinda Rivera to teach us a little something about perseverance.
