Inspiration from Zion from Jonathan Feldstein

In June 1982, I arrived in Israel for the summer, an Israel at war. Three weeks earlier, on the first day of that war and in one of its bloodiest battles, Raz Guterman was killed as his commando unit fought to take the ancient Beaufort Castle in southern Lebanon. Three weeks after his death, Raz’s family became my adoptive family. Now, 40 years later, join me for a personal conversation as we reflect on Raz’s death with his father and younger brother, Yaakov and Tal, how that changed them, and their vision for Israel’s future.
