Still many feel uncertain about LIFE, health, and even our safety when we leave our homes. Rather than feeling like we are in charge of our lives, we feel like we are on hold, waiting for something to happen, for something to change, or for things to get back to “normal.” It’s like we’re in suspended animation.  This sense of powerlessness is common.
