In this episode, we continue our discussion with Dr. Joseph as he walks us through his call to pastor the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Nashville, TN. As a young pastor, he recalls dealing with unprecedented growth. Next Level leaders understand that growth doesn’t just happen without strategy and vision.
