Why on Pentecost?
If you have any doubt there is a God in Heaven orchestrating events on earth, ask yourself what are the odds that the events of Jesus’ death, resurrection, and outpouring of the Holy Spirit occurred on major Jewish feasts connected to their meaning. Pentecost was one of the three great feasts of Israel and celebrated both the wheat harvest and the giving of the Law on Sinai. Why was the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on that particular day?
