At a recent interfaith gathering in Singapore, Pope Francis voiced some very controversial statements. Referencing Sikhs, Hindus, Muslims, and Christians, he insisted, “We are all sons and daughters of God.” He also maintained, “There’s only one God,” and all religions are just “different paths” that all “arrive at God.” Are these assertions true or are they serious heretical departures from authentic, biblical Christianity?
