“Yoga” means yoke—a symbol of union with Brahman, the impersonal Life-force who is considered to be God or ultimate reality for many Hindus. Jesus said, “Take my yoke upon you.” Was He referring to a yoga-like approach to spirituality or something completely different? Many New Agers and yoga advocates say, "Yes."
