Should Pastors Lead Revivals? Can You Minister Any Way You Want In The Church? Nope.

Ekklesia. It's a word that many misunderstand, and it would do us well to discover just what it means. Church government is critical on a local church level and also in the city church. 

One of the quickest ways for a move of God to fizzle out is to have the wrong people giving leadership. Pastors are not typically gifted to lead regional outpourings. Apostolic leadership can both lead very well and also ensure the right people are in the right positions.

This leads me to the next point: No, you can't expect to minister any way you choose in your church. Your gifting may not be needed in the current season. You may not be ready. You might have maturity or character issues. You could possibly be better used in another role.
