Canadian Prophetic Conflict: The Fight for Unity Territory

In the final episode of the prophetic portion of our series, Derek addresses one of the most important yet controversial issues in prophetic circles. Despite being discussed by Canadian leadership behind the scenes, this issue seldom makes it to any forum where repentance and change can happen. 

The strange phenomenon of the pursuit of territory, disguised as “unity”, and the decades old theology that if we can somehow get everyone together in one stream under one leader, the nation can be changed. The cost of such a theology? The emasculation and exclusion of some of our most gifted leaders, all in the name of maintaining a “prophetic socialism” that somehow will one day bring revival.This fleshly attempt at unity is bolstered by fleshly tools to the point that among us exists slander and division such as not seen among any other religion in Canada. Our attempts at influencing politics are completely neutralized, as a divided church cannot create a critical mass for any tipping point. 

The good news is that the darkness in our land has escalated to such a degree, that apostolic and prophetic leaders are seeking reconciliation, we are humbling ourselves, and much like rival clubs seeing their survival as hinging upon coming together, we the Church are uniting against the common enemy and prevailing. As it turns out, only those who can set aside the symptoms of James 3:16 can be part of the coming revival. THIS is our series’ most honest and truthful episode to date.
