My Grandfather told me years ago that you must learn the fine art of ignoring the devil, because he’s always trying to get your attention and if he can, you will get wrapped up in his warped ideas.

The enemy’s job one is to get the attention of christians and get them distracted by putting their focus on the things they are going through.

The enemy is always to trying to illuminate to your eyes and amplify to your ears, all the things that are happening around you and especially the things happening to you.

I use 1Kings 19:3, to show how when Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, he didn’t just hear what she said but Elijah actually SAW, what she said. The enemy is always trying to start and build vain imaginations in your mind and he does that by trying to paint pictures in your minds of some negative scenarios.

2 Corinthians 10:5 says,

casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 

Don’t receive the messenger and for sure don’t let those seeds produce fruits of massive distractions.
